Want help selling an older cellular dwelling house in West Chester, Pa?
I currently personal a cellular dwelling house on rented land in West Chester, PA. I need to sell the cellular home so that my son and I will circulate to come back in with my circle of relatives. The difficulty is, that the cellular dwelling house is historical. It is a 1979 and wishes a few updating. Unfortunately I do not have the cash to do the cosmetic maintenance. The things that I believe want done with a purpose to sell could be to replace the kitchen cupboards, exchange range and refrigerator and change the carpeting. All are in good enough and dealing order however they may be historic and kind of “cruddy” now. I want to get $11500.00 out of the sale so that it will repay my mortgage. Any suggestions on how this might possibly be done? I’d desire to not contain a realtor, as I should not have the extra funds to pay the realtor. I had thought of calling one in every of those investment organisations that buys homes after which fixes them up and resells them however I haven’t stumbled on one but so that it will buy a mobile home. I’ve also attempted calling the persons that very own the land (mobile homestead park) that i live on.
