Anti Aging Facial Exercises

What is your morning wellbeing and fitness pursuits?
I am a 27 years ancient male. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced weight loss plan and rigorous exercise session. Then I follow an herb-mint facial masks which I depart on for 10 minutes whilst I prepare the remainder of my movements. I continuously use an after shave lotion with very little alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you seem older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-growing older eye balm observed with the aid of a final moisturizing protecting lotion.
I'm on a weight-reduction plan.
I seem to be extremely good... so in good shape... and thin.
However, I will be able to consistently appear more effective.
