Acne question- can Acne Treatment stop working after using it for too long?
i started using the neutrogena advanced acne treatment kit last august. it worked really well, it cleared up my face for the most part although I still got the occasional pimple. that was up until this weekend. in the last 2-3 days I have 6 new pimples all over my face. did my acne treatment stop working?? should i keep using it or get something else? do you reccomend proactiv?
improve ur eating habbits .stop coffee ,tea and soft drinks.go for more of water ,fresh fruits and juices and vegetables .stop junk food burgers ,pizza and anything made of refined flour .
add small quntity of nuts in ur diet.
a little excercise daily to remian stress free.
When ur stress free and good thoughts circulate in ur brain the skin gives a natural glow.it will be good to involve urself into things you love to do.
having a right mix of nutrients in ur diet and keeping urself stress free is better than going for expensive facial and creams.
