What’s a good face lotion and serum that work fast and are very affective?

I’m wondering what fading serum for acne scars works best. I’m not sure if I should go with neutrogena, or try olay professional pro-x age repair lotion, or what? I’m also wondering what daily face lotion w/spf is best for sensitive skin that’s combo. I’m looking to get a serum, and lotion under $50. Thank you. : )

Fading serums do not work. Check this link for safe sunscreens. Most of the sunscreens you can buy at a pharmacy have very harmful ingredients in them.
